In the course of a consultation we will narrow down your choices dramatically and leave you with a final list of options. A pictorial version of your provisional shopping list will then be uploaded to a private page on our website for you to access at home and make any amends you wish to. Should you wish to come back to the showroom to discuss anything further or to take another look at any products, you are welcome to come any time, but if you are short on time, one trip should be enough to sort everything out and all the liaising can then be done by phone and email.
Once the decisions are made, we agree a preferred week of delivery and will then be in touch closer to that week to arrange a convenient 2 hour delivery slot.
We have now introduced the informal 'chat' option alongside our consultation appointments. These half hour appointments with one of our consultants are free of charge and are for anyone who is considering booking a consultation but wants to find out more first, or for those of you who may only need a quick appointment to run through a few specific questions. If you decide you wish to upgrade to a full consultation during the course of your chat, you can either book a future slot, or, if the diary allows, extend your chat into a consultation then and there. Shop independently
So many people assume they can only use Baby Concierge if they want the full consultation service.
That’s not the case, you can use us to purchase individual items or gifts as you would any shop. The only difference is that we ask you to please call before coming so we can ensure that a member of our team is available to assist you.
Please be assured – we are as happy to help you out with a one off purchase as we are with a whole range of products.

Set up a Gift List
This facility can be used in conjunction with, or independent of, the consultation service. Similar to a Wedding List, a Baby Gift
List will help ensure you get the presents you want and need, instead of unwanted, duplicate and unnecessary gifts. The gift list
operates in a number of ways: you can choose to purchase any items in advance and be credited when the items are bought for you as
'gifts' or you can wait until all gifts have been bought and receive delivery in one go.
If you would like to set up a baby gift list please email us for further details and we will send you directions and a template to send to your family and friends to inform them about your list and how to purchase from your list!
